About Me I have worked in media and marketing; in roles of recruitment, sales, demographic analysis and training. After a career break, raising three children, I worked in education and have been a school governor since 1997. As I opened my eyes to the processes of thinking and learning, I listened to the way people spoke and got a sense of how people become constrained by routine and the limited expectations they hold of themselves. This sparked my interest in how we could all use our minds more consciously to grow, at whatever age we are, to develop and become more than we would have thought possible. When I am not working I spend a lot of time with my family and I enjoy a variety of creative activities including craft, art, poi spinning and dance - all great ways of setting free your conscious mind! The variety of people I have met and worked with; the places I have lived in and travelled through have all shaped my journey to this point. In fact, it has been said that we are all little more than the sum of our memories and experiences. I really enjoy sharing the pleasure and excitement people have when they make a breakthrough – whether in their work, personal lives or learning.
